Delivery Policy

Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Installation

1. Delivery area,time and arrangement

1.1 The delivery only applicable to Hong Kong areas and is not applicable to: Frontier Closed Area, Islands District (except Tung Chung / Ma Wan / Discovery

Bay), flat under renovation, construction site,controlled area, remote areas (e.g. Mui Wo, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Tai O,Mui Wo, etc.) or areas cannot be reached by trucksor whereaccess to trucks is prohibited. For delivery to the riverside or pier, customers are responsiblefor their own arrangements and payment for the transportation by sea and the loading and unloading of the goods. Delivery service is not applicable to buildings without lifts, handling fee will incur (please refer to Clause 2).

1.2 The date and time of all delivery will be subjected to the daily itinerary, and additional charges will be charged if a specified date or time is required (please refer to Clause 2). The service team will contact the customer for the delivery time on the deliverydate before the delivery.

1.3 Each order(per invoice) can only be delivered to one address on the same date and time,andif you need to arrange a delivery to different addresses, additional fees will incur (please refer to Clause 2).

1.4 Delivery Failure & Unable to Confirm Delivery: There will be no refund of delivery charges on delivery failure due to unable to confirm delivery time with customers; an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time; measurement not fit for delivery; incorrect delivery or contact information filled in by the customer, etc. Rescheduling in such circumstance will be subjected to additional fees. (Please refer to Clause 2).

 

1.5 General Delivery Services

1.5.1 General Delivery Service is available from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm (not availableon Sundays and public holidays).

1.5.2 The General Delivery Service is arranged at least 3 working days from the date of purchase or modification, less than 3 working days is an express arrangement, and an additional express arrangement fee will incur (please refer to Clause 2).

1.5.3 Macau Region (Default Courier - SF Express).

 

2. Charges(per order / per invoice)

2.1 General or Dedicated Delivery Service: HK$100 (If deliver to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, the fee will be HK$200).

2.3 Special Arrangement

2.3.1 Express Arrangement: For General Delivery Service (less than 3 working days from the date of purchase or modification), additional charge of HK$300 will incur.

2.3.2 Designated date or time arrangement: Designated delivery date or timeduring service hours will be subjected to additional charges separately: For General Delivery Service, HK$300will be charged separately.

2.4 Other handling fees

2.4.1 Handling fee: The delivery service is only limited to the distance from the unloading point to the point of delivery and installation within 100 meters, otherwise the delivery team will chargea handling fee of HK$300 .

2.4.2 Staircase fee: From the unloading point (including the parking area) to the delivery & installation point, if it is necessary to access stairs, staircase fee will incur accordingly: 1 floor: HK$80; 2 floors: HK$160; 3 floors: HK$240; the 4th floor or above: Please check with the logistic team before delivery (1 step also count as 1 floor, max 10 steps per floor, more steps will be counted towards next floor).

 

3.Refund and Exchange: Non-refundable; Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase;No exchange for opened, used, damaged items,and displayed, discounted products or items sold during the sales period.

 

4. Special arrangement due to inclement weather

4.1 Delivery service may be delayed due to weather/traffic conditions, and the arrival date and time will be subjected to actual conditions.

4.2 In the event of force majeure or other factors (including but not limited to hoist Typhoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning / road blockage  or closure,etc.) on the day of delivery, the delivery service will be delayed or suspended, and the customer service team will contact the customer as soon as possible after the normal service is resumed to arrange the re-delivery.

 

5. happysocks reserves the right to make any amendments to the above terms and conditions without prior notice, and in case of any dispute, happysocks reserves the right for the final decision.
